EPR and NMR of (Bio)Polymers

Magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopy uses the electron spin (EPR) or nuclear spin (NMR) to characterize the structure, dynamics and thus the function of biomacromolecules at molecular resolution. The main focus are the physico-chemical and biophysical properties of proteins and how these relate to the generic properties of these biomacromolecules and their biological function. They include membrane and medically relevant proteins and their interaction with the biological environment and functional substrates.
